Partial Planning

For the bride who’s got a vision but needs a partner to bring it to life. This guided journey covers the milestones and help with the big decisions. You stay involved in the decisions you love making and we step in for the logistics you don’t. The perfect middle ground for the couples who want guidance without giving up the reins of the planning experience. Let’s make your planning process effortless!

  • Initial consult call
  • Access to WorldWave Wedding’s planning process/platform
  • Full comprehensive wedding designing + styling + mood board creation
  • 6 Planning meetings (roughly 6 hours)
  • Vendor suggestions/access to vendor list
  • Creation of an in depth timeline of the day
  • Designing of the floor plan
  • Templates for - Checklists, guest lists, seating charts, budgeting.
  • Take over communication with vendors 1 month prior to wedding day.
  • A built wedding day binder matching your wedding day aesthetic.

Full Planning

From the first vision board to the last dance, we’re with you every step of the planning process. The Bridal Era is for the bride who wants to be fully present during her engagement era. Not buried in spreadsheets and vendor emails. You live in your Bridal Era, show up, enjoy your people, and marry your person. Everything is planned… live in the moment!

Package Includes:

  • Initial Consult Call
  • Access to WorldWave Wedding’s planning process/platform
  • Full comprehensive wedding designing + styling + mood board creation
  • Unlimited communication + meetings (Typically once a month)
  • Venue search + venue tour
  • Manage vendor bookings/coordination through entire process
  • Budget management
  • Creation of an in depth timeline of the day
  • Designing of the floor plan
  • Manage rental bookings - drop off & pick ups
  • Templates for - Checklists, guest lists, seating charts, budgeting.
  • Building of a wedding website with all details guests may need.
  • A built wedding day binder matching your wedding day aesthetic.

Destination Wedding Planning

For the couple saying "I do" somewhere that isn't home. The Everywhere Era is our most comprehensive package: full-service planning from first call to final toast, with Ashlyn on-site in person for the entire event. Multiple events in one weekend? Handled. Logistics across time zones? Covered.

This package includes everything in The Bridal Era Package + Day Of Coordinator Package and more! No "we'll check in by phone." She's there, the whole time.

Best for Couples planning a destination wedding or multi-event weekend who want full-service planning with an in-person presence from start to finish. If you need someone who can manage welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, the main event, and a day-after brunch without missing a beat — this is your era.

  • Full “Bridal Era” Package
  • Full “ Day of Coordinator” Package
  • Guest + Bride & Groom travel management
  • Vetting + booking vendors from afar
  • Multi day/event itineraries + planning
  • Legal marriage requirements in foreign regions

Day Of Coordinator -Add On

We’ve planned the day… now let us protect it! This peace of mind is for the couples who are ready for their day but want a professional to carry the clipboard on the weekend of your special day. This add on option to your planning package can make you even more present on the wedding day.

Package Includes:

  • Attend rehearsal prior to wedding to manage ceremony details.
  • Greet & communicate with all vendors throughout the wedding day.
  • Oversee set up & take down on wedding day.
  • Manage all decor set up
  • Place personal items around the venue, name cards, signage, etc
  • Will be present on property throughout the entire event to ensure the day flows smoothly from on stage to the next.

Curated Decor + Designing - Add on

This is where WorldWave’s aesthetic meets your love story. This curated touch is a full design experience. A cohesive visual plan that ties your entire wedding together with custom touches. For the bride who’s wants her wedding to look like her own custom aesthetic.

  • A budget of $4000 of customized decor
  • Faux flower/plant arrangements
  • Custom signage

Can I Book Day Of Coordinator On Its Own?

WorldWave does not offer a day of coordinator package on its own. WorldWave Weddings need to be involved in your planning process to book us as a day of coordinator.

Do Your Planning Packages Include Decor Or Signage?

The planning packages alone do not include decor or signage but you can add the “Designed Era” to your package to then have a budget for custom decor + signage made specifically for your event.

Where Are You Located?

WorldWave Weddings is located in Alberta, Canada but open to destination weddings!

Do I Have To Book A Wedding Planning Package To Book Rentals Or Order Decor?

No! You can rent/order from the other categories of our website without booking wedding planning with us. Shop bridal apparel, custom signage, rentals, and more for your wedding day!
