All orders are made-to-order, which means every piece is created just for you. Here's what to expect:

| Mock-up creation | 2–3 business days |
| Processing & manufacturing | 7–14 business days |
| Shipping (within Canada) | 3–5 business days |

**Total estimated time from order to delivery: 12–22 business days**

Please note: business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

# Shipping Costs

Shipping costs range from $18–$25 CAD depending on the item(s) in your order. Your exact shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

# Made-to-Order Policy

Every WorldWave Weddings piece is handcrafted after your order is placed. We do not carry ready-to-ship inventory — this ensures your item is made specifically for you, with your customizations in mind.

Once your mock-up is approved, production begins. You'll receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

# Rush Orders - Need it sooner? Rush processing (under 7 business days) is available for an additional $50 flat fee. Rush availability is limited — please contact us at worldwaveweddings@gmail.com before placing a rush order to confirm we can accommodate your timeline.

*Couriers Used - Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Your order will be shipped with the most feasible option for your specific location. 

*Order Tracking - Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
